Use: Restores 3200 health over 24 seconds, but at a cost. All stats are reduced by 15 for 15 minutes.
We will farm as long as we get the recipe drop (in general it will not take longer than 24 hrs).
Requirement: your character is level 70 and has an alchemy skill of minimal 360.
